Convention of States Action (COSA) is calling upon every freedom-loving patriot in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to Surge to Harrisburg on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 9:00 AM.

OK, I’m wide awake now and understand that as a self-governing citizen of this great nation, I must be engaged and informed so I can hold my elected representatives accountable for their actions. 

I will alert my elected representatives to their duty to protect Pennsylvanians’ liberty and defend the US Constitution as they swore an oath to.

On Tuesday, April 25, COSA PA desires one clear message to resonate in the halls of the capital - we are the force of their electorate. 

COSA PA wants you to have a civil dialogue with both of your legislators and bolster their resolve for the oversight of this out-of-control Congress. Dress in "COSA Chic"; COSA PA wants every legislator, staffer, employee, and visitor in that building to see our positive message everywhere they look.
