Convention of States Action (COSA) is calling upon every freedom-loving patriot in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to Surge upon Harrisburg on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 9:00 AM.
How does any team get ready to be at their best and succeed - the great teams all implement the seven “P’s”: proper previous planning prevents piss poor performances.
Vince Lombardi once said: “Practice doesn’t make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect.” He also famously said, “The dictionary is the only place where success comes before work."
Below is a great video of Mark Meckler, our founder, speaking about why your participation on Surge Day is vital to our success:
There is no need to be nervous about engaging your legislators. You are their constituent. They serve you. Simply expressing to them why you support COS is all you need to do. If you want, you can familiarize yourself with these FAQs we experience most often.
We will gather between the War Veterans Memorial Fountain and the ground-level public entrance starting at 8:30 am.
At 9:00 am, state and national COSA leaders (including Rick Santorum) will present information and speak with COS supporters.
Do not fret if this is your first time “redressing your grievances” with your representatives; we will break up into small groups, and a seasoned COSA PA volunteer will accompany you through our visit.
Dress in “COSA Chic”! (We will have COS buttons for everyone in case you do not have any COS logoed attire.)
Be sure to register, we need to know how many information packages to prepare, and we will be sure to keep you informed of any changes in details that might occur.
See you on April 25, 2023, to “redress your grievance” when we “Surge to Harrisburg!”
