Warrant issued for arrest of suitcase-stealing member of Biden clown show

Published in Blog on December 12, 2022 by Jakob Fay

Thanks to Mr. Biden, America’s nuclear energy is in the hands of a non-binary LGBTQ activist and luggage thief.

Sam Brinton joined the Biden administration as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy in June. He quickly garnered notoriety for his, shall we say, unconventional looks.

(Sam uses they/them pronouns, and the previous sentence, if written by others, would state “
they quickly garnered notoriety for their, shall we say, unconventional looks.”)

Often seen with a mustache and bright red lipstick, the eccentric crossdresser has become more notable for his LGBTQ identity than anything having to do with spent fuel or waste disposition.

But the latest chapter in Brinton’s queer saga proves just how eccentric he really is – and how clownish Biden’s White House has become.

Police in Las Vegas have officially issued a warrant for Brinton’s arrest after he was charged with stealing luggage from airports on at least two separate occasions in the past year.

Oh, the sad irony! Someone from the federal government is literally stealing from the American people, the people he purports to serve.

On September 16, a woman reported that her bag went missing at Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport. Law enforcement later reviewed security footage that showed Brinton taking the missing bag from baggage claim after removing a tag from the bag. He was seen carrying the same bag at MSP a few days later and traveling with it at Dulles International Airport on October 9. According to the original owner, its contents were worth an estimated $2,325.

Additionally (as if he were not in enough trouble already), the incident at MSP also revealed that Brinton may have stolen another suitcase earlier in the year. According to authorities in Nevada, a suitcase was stolen on July 8 at an airport in Las Vegas, but the case was closed  after investigators could not deduce the thief’s identity.

When the story of the MSP theft exploded and Brinton’s face and name were widely circulated, law enforcement "immediately recognized” him as the July case culprit and issued a warrant for his arrest. In this incident, the bag alone was worth $320, and its contents around $3,670.74.

After the first allegation against Brinton surfaced, he was placed on leave. Now, he faces “up to five years in prison for the Minnesota theft and up to 10 years jail time for the Las Vegas heist.”

It is astonishing how unprofessional the Biden White House is. From men who pretend to be women and steal people’s luggage to the President of the United States interviewing with Dylan Mulaney, the current administration is an indecorous clown show that cares more about woke politics than doing what is best for the nation.

Convention of States might not be able to do anything about what our government officials do in their personal lives but through Article V, we can kick the woke agenda out of our bloated federal government for good.

By limiting the power and jurisdiction of Washington, imposing fiscal restraints, and placing term limits on federal officials, we will ensure that politicians do only what they were sent to D.C. to do: serve the American people.

To stop the D.C. Clown Show from completely controlling your life, sign the Convention of States Action petition below, and together, let’s end federal overreach.

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
