The debate is over. Now what? Join us at the Wilkesboro Town Hall September 24th and find out what you can do.

There is no doubt that everyone’s attention is focused on the 2024 presidential race. It is of course important. But it is a great reminder that the Convention of States project to use an Article V convention transcends any one president or election cycle.

We have to elect good people, no doubt. But only with the Article V process can we fix the structural problems plaguing our nation. One president in office for 4 or 8 years, cannot fix a dysfunctional congress.

It is time for the North Carolina General Assembly to pass the COS resolution to call for a convention of states. Is there any question our country is on the wrong path? +$35T in debt is just one example. Our Founders gave us a tool with Article V to rein in an out-of-control federal government.

HJR 235 passed the North Carolina House in March 2023. The Senate has refused to act. What are they waiting for?

Join us in Wilkesboro on September 24th to discuss Article V and what you can do to help get HJR 235 passed in the Senate. Our special guest is COS Sr. Advisor, Newsmax commentator and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum. Sen. Santorum knows Congress will never fix themselves, and understands both parties are to blame.

Information and tickets here!

Rep. Dennis Riddell (HD64) will also be attending and we will also be joined by other members of the North Carolina and National COS leadership team, as well as other invited legislators.

And don't miss the Liberty Llama who will also be there to greet guests! The Liberty Llama is a popular attraction at many COS events so bring your kids and grandkids, friends and neighbors and get a picture as a keepsake!

This event is free, and we expect a packed house. Doors open for registration at 6:00 and the program will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
