Power trip? Biden’s FDA forces Juul vapes off market after funding crack pipes for addicts

Published in Uncategorized on July 01, 2022 by COS Staff Writer

The FDA officially banned Juul vape products from the U.S. market last week due to “potential toxicological risks.”

When it comes to the federal government, nothing seems to make sense anymore...

Earlier this year, the federal government funded the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts, making its stance on substances quite inconsistent (Let's not even get started on the “potential toxicological risks" of the emergency authorized Covid vaccines).

The agency issued marketing denial orders (MDOs) against Juul Labs Inc. last Thursday because there is insufficient evidence to assess the possible health risks associated with its products. However, the FDA acknowledged that it "has not received clinical information to suggest an immediate hazard associated" with the use of Juul products.

The agency’s commissioner said it is committed to ensuring products “meet our public health standards.” Which is interesting considering it doesn’t seem to challenge the standards of products created by Big Pharma.

While there is, of course, concern for the health of young adults who consistently use vape products, it’s a totally different response than when the Biden administration funded crack pipes to help vulnerable communities use drugs in a safer manner.

The Department of Health and Human Services was behind a $30 million grant program back in February that was designed to “advance racial equity” by making illegal drug use safer.

So while Juul use among teens is an area of concern, drug use has been assisted by the federal government. Why on earth are we funding and trusting the government when they do things like this?

Not to mention, it’s become clear that the stability and education of kids and teens is truly not a priority of the government when it comes to the LGBT push, CRT indoctrination in public schools, vaccine approvals with no long-term studies and many other grotesque ways of infiltrating the rising generation.

It’s up to We the People to get back to our core values, which begins with taking away power from the feds. They have repeatedly shown themselves to be hypocritical liars that don’t stick to their word, and the FDA is just another dirty part of the swamp.

Through an Article V Convention of States, we can restore this nation to self-governance and independence by imposing term limits on federal officials and implementing budget requirements.

Tell the FDA and all the other federal agencies that they aren’t as important as they think. Sign the petition for a Convention of States below.

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
