If you think that COS volunteers are focused on accumulating 34 state resolutions calling for a Convention, you are only partly right. That’s what we may think when we join COS. But in Florida our diligent leaders remind us regularly that our mission is “to build an engaged army of self-governing grassroots activists.”
The army delivers way more impact than the convention because it lives and breaths awareness of what’s important. The army is made up of individuals who recognize our country's moral compass is gyrating out of control. The army is made up of people who have decided to get off the sidelines and “DO SOMETHING.”
The army is you.

The army includes a student finishing a degree, a roofing contractor, a boat-parade leader, many home-schoolers, veterans, parents and grandparents, nurses, business owners, a travel agent, a hospice volunteer, artists, and mostly, believers in a higher power.

We are not politically motivated, but morally concerned. We are mature enough to recognize that our leaders are in danger of running this country off the rails, both morally and financially.
The COS army is the resistance. This army will give you strength to stand up for what you believe is right. This army is the company you want to be with and be judged by. This is the army you can trust.
