NEW REPORT: Dr. Fauci’s net worth skyrocketed during COVID-19 pandemic

Published in Blog on September 30, 2022 by Jakob Fay

Open The Books recently obtained Dr. Anthony Fauci’s FY2021 financial disclosures which revealed that the notorious doctor who spearheaded the federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic amassed massive amounts of wealth during the pandemic.

Notably, when U.S. Senator Roger Marshall pressed Fauci to make his financial disclosures public earlier this year, the testy doctor fired back and called the senator a “moron.” According to Open the Books, acquiring Facuci’s financial information was, in fact, quite a hassle, prompting the organization to file multiple lawsuits against the National Institute of Health which handed the disclosures over earlier this week.

The recently obtained information shows the doctor’s household net worth skyrocketed from $7.6 million in 2019 to $12.6 million by the end of 2021. It also reveals that, in addition to being the highest paid federal employee, Dr. Fauci received nearly $1 million in “prizes” and “awards” for his response to the pandemic.

Apparently, even Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady, has a share in the wealth, having pulled in $1.6 million in cash compensation since 2015. In 2022, she made more than the vice president.

Additionally, Open the Books estimates Fauci will “receive well over $1 million during his first three years of retirement.”

What do you think? Should a government official really make that much money, especially when he is unelected and therefore unaccountable to the American people?

Dr. Anthony Facui has been widely criticized for allegedly lyingmisleading the American people in the early days of the pandemic, and using COVID for personal gain of power. Seeing that Facui made more money the longer the pandemic dragged on, casts his intentions in an unfavorable light.

As Convention of States reported on Thursday, the federal government has experienced unprecedented growth in the past few years; certainly, Fauci’s bloated net worth is reflective of that growth.

If you support using an Article V Convention of States to rein in the federal government and bring fiscal responsibility and transparency to Washington, DC, sign the COS petition below, and together, let’s remind the politicians and bureaucrats who’s really in charge in this country!

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
