Have you signed the COS petition for term limits but aren't sure what else COS is about?
Do you believe that limits on federal spending and bureaucratic regulations would be a good thing?
Have you been receiving our emails and think it might be time to do something more for the COS?
Well, there's good news for you in Tampa. The Florida State Fair is a fabulous, fun opportunity to get out of the house and learn more about what you can do to help get our blessed Republic back on the right path.
COS volunteers will man our booth in the exhibit hall from February 8 through 19. Please stop by and ask any question you have.
- Ask about our mission to build an engaged army of self-governing grassroots activists.
- Discuss how a convention would work based on the two dress rehearsals (simulations) that have already taken place.
- Find out if there is something you can do to help get this year's fifteen active states across the finish line of passing a resolution.
The fairway is ENORMOUS fun for the younger folks, kids, and grandkids. But, even more, there are so many things to do from “sideshows”, to livestock viewing and petting zoo opportunities, to horticulture competitions, Florida history demonstrations, and music performances.
No matter how many times you visit, it never gets old.
If you are already a COS volunteer please sign up to help COS. The Florida State Fair is a HUGE opportunity for new volunteers and District Captains to get booth time. This is a 12-day, 11 hours/day event which needs a large number of volunteers. So, PLEASE, anyone within an hour driving time (or if you’re further and willing to make the drive) signup for a 4-hour shift…
...and spend the rest of your day enjoying one of the largest fairs in the US!
Location: 4800 US Hwy 301 North, Tampa, FL 33610
