Let the congressional investigations into the Biden admin. begin

Published in Blog on November 11, 2022 by Brianna Kraemer

Bring on the probes, internal investigations, hearings, and reports.

Now that it appears Republicans will just barely win the majority in the House – the Senate still remains unclear  – GOP representatives can kick it into full throttle when it comes to investigating the dubious actions of the Biden White House.

The list is endless and the agencies are plentiful.

  • The CDC, NIH & FDA in regards to Covid-19 mishandlings
  • The out-of-control raids and power abuse by the FBI
  • The dysfunction at the southern border
  • Hunter Biden’s sketchy business deals
  • Energy crisis
  • Destruction of trust in public health agencies
  • Fentanyl crisis
  • Reliance on supply chains controlled by the CCP

The 118th Congress will convene on January 3, 2023, which means the White House has just over a month to clear its tracks and hide any proof.

As reported by The Epoch Times, three incumbent Republicans have vowed to take charge of the impending investigations: Reps. James Comer of Kentucky, Jim Jordan of Ohio, and Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Washington

Reps. Comer and Jordan, who are likely to chair the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, will waste no time probing the executive branch on items including the business dealings of Biden’s son, Hunter; political interference by the FBI and Justice Department; and the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the expected GOP-led House, Rep. Jim Jordan would likely be the chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He listed two of his top probes to the news outlet: the chaos at the southern border and the weaponization of the Justice Department.

“Everyone knows what the Biden administration has done on the border is intentional, so we are going to look at all of that,” Jordan said. “The other big thing, of course, is the Justice Department and how political it has become, with the 14 whistleblowers, 14 FBI agents that have come to us as whistleblowers, so we’ll look at all of that.”

Finally, Rep. McMorris Rodgers is in line to become chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She plans to hold the Biden administration accountable for “how they’ve shut down American energy, broken trust at America’s public health agencies, made the fentanyl crisis worse, and increased our dependence on supply chains controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.”

The extent of abuses over the past two years is monumental because it has gone completely unpunished – more like encouraged.

With a Republican takeover of at least one chamber of Congress, 2023 should present an opportunity for accountability. Now the question will be, will Republicans take advantage of their control, dig to find the truth, and place responsibility on those who have caused great harm to our nation?

This is a chance to get to the bottom of many corrupt agencies and people. Now let’s just hope and pray it unfolds with honesty and transparency.

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
