Convention of States volunteers plan to be in the Capitol on Tuesday, January 17, to speak to those representatives still undecided on the rule change. These are legislators who have supported COS but are unsure of rule change. The Rules Committee will meet on Wednesday at noon.
Meet us between 7:30 and 8:15 AM in the seating area across from the snack bar on the ground floor, just past the security lobby. We will help you with talking points and directions to the legislator offices and committee rooms. The House will be in session at 11:00 and you can observe a session. We should be wrapped up by noon.
If you can't join us pray that we will secure the support necessary to get House Rule 2707 changed.
