Dave Rubin: Convention of States is the better solution

Regular listeners of Dave Rubin's show know that the popular BlazeTV host has no patience for empty talk.
Rubin is about action. He gives his listeners real, concrete steps they can take to make their country a better place.
Since Article V is the Founders' ultimate solution to federal tyranny, it's no wonder that Rubin gave his official endorsement for the Convention of States Project last week and went on his show to elaborate on his support.
"There’s no question in my mind that Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates are unconstitutional overreach," he said. "If you’re a regular listener to my show, you probably agree with me."
"The question is, what are we going to do about it?" he continued.
"We can keep complaining. We can keep voting for 'better' federal politicians. But we’ve tried that, and it hasn’t worked. We need a better solution to federal overreach, and my friend Mark Meckler has one. Article V of the Constitution allows the states to call a Convention of States. This isn’t about politics folks…this is about real solutions."

Petition your state legislator
Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.
What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.
I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.
I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here:
