Live from Davos, Switzerland on Monday, Biden’s U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry said that climate change is a huge economic opportunity that is going to cost trillions of dollars. The one thing he forgot to mention is where all that money will come from.
The World Economic Forum is currently being held in Europe and our unelected “leaders” are taking part in the global elite get-together.
During an interview in the upscale ski town with the beautiful Alps pictured behind him, Kerry insisted that the environment is in trouble, calling it an “existential” crisis… That is unless we invest trillions of dollars into his solutions.
“We have to work to get the trillions of dollars deployed. This is going to cost literally trillions of dollars in order to effect the transition,” Kerry said.
"We’re looking at the largest economic opportunity and transformation since the industrial revolution and this will be bigger because every nation in the world is going to have to move to a clean, new energy economy and future,” he added.
At what point will Kerry and the rest of the climate czars decide that enough money has been spent and the climate goals have been achieved? Likely never because conveniently, no clear goal exists.
Kerry added that he’s trying to bring Republicans and Democrats together. However, the reality is, the U.S. is broke and Americans are tired of being used to send money around the world to fill the pockets of the elite.
And while there may be ways to better the world we live in, to what cost to each individual is that acceptable?
The spending within our federal government has gotten out of hand and we cannot ignorantly allow Biden’s team of progressives to keep pushing trillion dollar bills that are driving our economy and nation as a whole into the ground.
By holding a Convention of States, the people can come together to be a check on the federal government by implementing budgets and fiscal restraints. There's no doubt that we are all the most responsible with our own money, which is why our politicians are so careless when it comes to passing bills that don’t cost them a dime.
Article V of the U.S. Constitution can stop this abuse of power and limit the federal government’s jurisdiction over the people and states.
