The FBI's raid on the Mar-a-Lago, the home of former President Donald Trump, has sent shockwaves throughout the country—and rightfully so.
The clear-as-day weaponization of America's federal law enforcement agencies by the Biden administration to target a former president and potential 2024 presidential candidate of the opposition party in order to impede his ability to run for office is completely unheard of in modern history.
Sadly, the outright abuse of government powers is not unheard of. Look no further than the 2016 election cycle, wherein the FBI partook in fomenting and pushing the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. Relatedly, during the Obama administration, the IRS was utilized as a political weapon to target conservative Tea Party groups.
American Marxists have made it abundantly clear that nothing—not even the Constitution—will stand in their way of transforming the United States into a top-to-bottom run system where only those with the "correct" ideas are guaranteed whatever rights are deemed permissible by the state.
The FBI's latest raid on Trump is a prime indication of such a goal.
And given the lackluster response from the Republican Party on the matter, it's clear that Americans must take matters into their own hands to address the rampant tyranny pervasive throughout the federal government. Luckily, America's Founding Fathers left us with the perfect tool to do so.
By calling an Article V Convention of States, Americans will be able to pursue amendments that drastically reduce the power and scope of the federal leviathan in Washington, D.C. and return greater control to the states, which are far more accountable to the people.
Moreover, an Article V convention would allow for an amendment to place term limits on incompetent members of Congress who refuse to combat bureaucratic authoritarianism, as well as federal officials within agencies such as the FBI and DOJ, who often make a career out of serving in government.
Calling a COS would not only allow Americans to restore the way of life our Founding Fathers envisioned for the country, but it would also send a message to domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution that We the People will not be beaten down into submission.
If we don't, and follow the current path of complacency, America will continue its descent into a very, very dark place.
