Seeking heroes among us

Published in Blog on October 14, 2020 by Dana Cosley

The Convention of States movement is truly bipartisan, as we do appeal to all citizens regardless of their position on the political spectrum.

As more become aware of our motivations and endeavors, America-loving Democrats, Republicans, and Independents need to know there is a very real problem that requires their attention.

If you believe you and your family make better decisions than federal bureaucrats, you should support the Convention of States Project.

If you believe the national debt is out of control and Washington spends taxpayer money irresponsibly, you should support the Convention of States Project.

And if you believe career politicians do more harm than good in D.C., you should support the Convention of States Project.

Hawaii Democratic Representative Sam Kong understands that an overreaching federal government isn't a liberal or conservative problem--it's an American problem.

All citizens seeking solutions to the problems they hear on the news media could be interested in Convention of States, should they care to read or listen to materials which are often withheld or barred from their attention. This censorship disenfranchises them from exercising an essential constitutional right to access and disseminate information.

Wouldn’t an America-loving Democrat--like those we each know--want an opportunity to receive and weigh this information about their constitutional rights and state representatives?

I now know a lot about my representatives--plenty more than I did four years ago. Join me and others in Florida on the Convention of States District Captain Team.
