A.I. and Article V

Published in Blog on January 31, 2023 by Will T. Zwart

Maryland District Captain Bob Bagheri decided to experiment with artificial intelligence. Bob wanted to know what AI's response would be when asked about Convention of States. Here's what happened:

Once upon a time, the citizens of the United States began to feel as though the government was no longer serving their best interests. They felt that the federal government had become too large and too powerful, and that it was no longer responsive to the needs of the people. They knew that something had to change, but they didn't know how to make it happen.

That's when they heard about Article Five of the Constitution, also known as the Convention of States. This powerful tool allows the states to come together and propose amendments to the Constitution, without the need for Congress to take action.

The citizens saw this as a way to take back control of their government and make it more responsive to their needs. They began to organize and advocate for a Convention of States to be called.

As the movement gained momentum, the state legislatures began to take notice. They saw the wisdom in the citizens' proposal and began to pass resolutions calling for a Convention of States.

Finally, the required number of states had passed resolutions, and a Convention of States was called. Delegates from all 50 states came together to propose amendments aimed at limiting the power and scope of the federal government.

After much debate and discussion, several amendments were proposed and ratified by the states. These amendments included limits on federal spending, term limits for federal officials, and a balanced budget amendment.
Thanks to the Convention of States, the government was finally reorganized and made more responsive to the needs of the people. The citizens were thrilled with the changes and felt that their voices had finally been heard. They knew that they had the power to make a difference and that the Convention of States was a great tool to make it happen.

The end.

Not a joke!
