What is Convention of States Action?
Convention of States Action is a non-profit, grassroots organization whose goal is to use the process laid out in Article V of the Constitution to pass constitutional amendments that will place term limits on federal officials, set fiscal restraints on congressional spending, and put limitations on federal overreach.
Why Call a Convention of States?
Washington, D.C. will never voluntarily relinquish power, no matter who is elected. It is time for American citizens across the nation to take a stand against tyranny and make a coordinated, grassroots effort to curb the power of the federal government. Only Article V has the constitutional power to repair the damage and halt the federal government from further eroding the liberties of the sovereign citizens.

On March 3, 2022, in a stunning victory for the grassroots and American liberty, the state House of West Virginia passed the Convention of States Resolution with an overwhelming -- and bipartisan! -- 77-19-4 vote. Then, less than one hour later, the state Senate passed the Resolution on a voice vote, making West Virginia the 18th state in history to pass the Convention of States Resolution!

But that's not the end of the story. In fact, it's just the beginning. Passing the resolution is the goal, but the mission is to build the grassroots army. COS West Virginia is just getting started! It is imperative that your legislators continue to hear from you, their constituents, about your support for Convention of States.
