Wilkes Barre-area travelers are getting a bright, patriotic eyeful of hope this month.
Outside the Wilkes Barre main shopping mall, an electronic billboard has been displaying eye-catching promotions for Convention of States.
The ads, which are shown for 10 seconds every two minutes, include a call to action to sign the petition and the Convention of States website.
These billboards are estimated to be seen by people in 42,000 cars per day.
The ads are paid for thanks to the generosity of three Wilkes Barre-area COS leaders.
