Sadly, this sweeping executive order is something so reprehensible and unpardonable itself that we shudder to see it treated by some in a positive light. If the people spoke and voted to eliminate capital punishment, that would be an entirely different matter. But they haven’t done so.
What message does this send?
Yes - the president apparently has the constitutional power to grant such pardons, yet never in history has it ever been done in such a blind & blanket manner, severely damaging all sense of justice for the victims of these hardened criminals, murderers, pedophiles and rapists - and all the while this clemency was carried out by one in the White House who has been found to be mentally incompetent to stand trial - and thus, unable to seriously run the country as well.
Recent revelations now point to the White House staff having run the show over the past 4 years, certainly not the president. So, America has lived under this fraudulent and carefully directed play, much like the Woodrow Wilson fake presidency following his stroke in October 1919.
Did a particularly emboldened anti-capital punishment cabal pulling strings behind the scenes and unbeknownst to the American public actually make this decision for Biden?
How far we have fallen when we have to ask these questions! Witnessing one damaging & cavalier executive edict after another, executed by a shell of a man, while we feel helpless - disempowered to call out such behavior, while cautiously watching the clock.
We have the right to inquire: Does our current president know what he is doing and can he truly understand the ramifications of his actions?
Just how simple minded is he? Medical transparency is lacking and such a cover up is cause for investigation - to set an example & prevent it from occurring in the future.
Apparently, the truth has emerged that Joe has “good days” and “bad days” - so, was this momentous decision made on a good or a bad day?
The play goes on, badly acted, while the risks remain for 23 more days before the curtain goes down; meanwhile, some global or national event can arise that may require a genuinely sharp minded leader at the helm who, for the nation’s sake, doesn’t need monitoring or chaperoning to take authorized executive action.

Our framers gave us the tools to restrain some of the uninhibited powers we witness emanating from the White House and from other Washington DC- based governing bodies that impinge on our lives in ways that are in conflict with the desires of We the People - after all, it is we who govern ultimately, or has that fact no longer relevant? Are we being represented or simply steamrolled? We can rise up and peacefully address these festering problems originating in our nation’s capital.
Article V, Section Two of the Constitution outlines a clear method that we can implement to limit these excesses.
