COS cares deeply about the next generation.

Our interns — emerging leaders, we call them — are more than just run-of-the-mill coffee fetchers and pencil sharpeners. They’re more than just cogs in a machine. They’re integral parts of the team, indispensable members of the family, and up-and-coming soldiers in the fight.

In other words, we need them.

America needs them.

Unfortunately, many of us have fallen for the misleading narrative that young people aren’t up for the task. After all, they’re all socialist, anti-American, woke radicals…right?

Wrong.

Our interns contest every negative stereotype about young people and prove them false. In fact, Gen Z consists of many of the brightest minds in the country, and they have committed themselves to the defense of American liberty.
