1. Delaware State Senate VOTES on COS Application in Surprise Hearing
The Delaware State Senate unexpectedly voted on Senate Concurrent Resolution (SCR) 100, an application for an Article V convention. Although the measure failed to garner the requisite votes, the session allowed grassroots members of the Delaware team to testify before the Senate on behalf of the bill.

According to groundbreaking new polling from Susquehanna Polling and Research, Ohio voters overwhelmingly support the grassroots-led effort to call an Article V convention. This movement, aimed at restraining the federal government through constitutional amendments, has garnered significant bipartisan backing across the state.

The Ohio House Government Oversight Committee held a legislative sponsor hearing regarding HB 607, which is 34|Ready legislation in preparation for how the Ohio legislature will proceed in the appointment of, and instructions to, delegates to an Article V convention.
5. Premier Article V scholar uncovers new Founding-Era evidence for convention
Renowned constitutional scholar and author of “The Law of Article V,” Professor Robert G. Natelson recently uncovered Founding-Era documentation proving that the Article V convention stands as a distinct entity separate from the historical Constitutional Convention.
