On Tuesday, June 11, the Ohio House Government Oversight Committee is scheduled to hold a legislative sponsor hearing regarding HB 607, which is 34|Ready legislation in preparation for how the Ohio legislature will proceed in the appointment of, and instructions to, delegates to an Article V convention.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. ET and can be streamed here

The Article V convention resolution (House Joint Resolution 3) is also pending in the House Government Oversight Committee. The committee has held its sponsor, proponent, and opponent hearing for HJR 3, the latter having convened last week
