The Cost of Groceries is Skyrocketing!

Does it feel like you need to win the Ohio Lottery just to go grocery shopping? The USDA predicts food prices will rise between 3.5 and 4.5 percent this year, on top of the 12.4 percent increase we experienced between 2021 and 2022, both of which are above historical averages. Currently a family of four will spend between $798 and $1,277 per month on groceries. Inflation has hit all food prices; labor shortages and cost of fuel have provided volatile price swings that are eroding Americans’ check books. Fidelity Investments reports that 43% of U.S. consumers have cited inflations impact on everyday expenses as well as their need to tap into their savings funds as their top concerns for 2023.

So where does inflation come from? The Federal Reserve has printed trillions of dollars over the past several years, devaluing the dollar. We now have government-sponsored unemployment programs resulting in millions of Americans unwilling to go back to work for previous wages. The Federal Government has been paying workers not to work…ala, a shortage of workers. The result is inflation so high that the "hit" were taking at the grocery store is impacting every one of us.

I ask you now to imagine a way to shift this ill-fated idea of paying people to suck off the government, not work, get paid, and still complain about their sad-sap existence.

What if I could offer you a solution whereby our Federal Government is obligated to rein in its careless spending and even balance the budget. What would be your interest to learn about a way out of this debacle?

To learn more, I’m inviting you to visit http://conventionofstates.com/?ref=53522 and discover how you can be an active part of the solution to grab back the overreach of our Federal bureaucracy. Who should be in control? The government or you?
