New online database tracks deadly immigration crime wave

Published in Blog on June 25, 2024 by Jakob Fay

Remember when the media and opponents of President Donald Trump’s immigration policy informed us that his stance on the border was inhumane and insensitive? For years, the lax, liberal position on immigration, particularly illegal immigration, was applauded as a more charitable alternative to the Right’s allegedly cruel xenophobia. Now, after nearly four years under President Joe Biden’s “humanitarian” approach to running the border, the tables have turned: no longer does his position deserve to be called charitable.

On Monday, IllegalAlienCrimes.com launched an extensive online database documenting the massive crime wave that has occurred under what the organization calls the “Bidenvasion.”

“Under Joe Biden, America is rapidly becoming a third-world battlefield,” the website warned.

The database allows users to select any state (47 states are available) and track crimes committed by illegal aliens in their areas. Over 570 crimes were recorded for May alone. These included charges of felony homicide, rape, sexual battery and assault against minors, child human trafficking, possession of child porn and illegal drugs, and more.

Many of those arrested for these and other crimes have a long history of criminal activity. In Arizona, for example, “An illegal alien child predator from Mexico was arrested by border patrol. He has a previous conviction for felony aggravated criminal sex abuse with a victim under 13 years old.” In Texas, two illegal aliens from Venezuela murdered a 12-year-old girl after being “apprehended by ICE” and “knowingly released into the interior of the country by the Biden administration.”

“In this case,” court documents reveal, “the defendant lured a 12-year-old under a bridge where he and his co-defendant remained with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up and killed her, then threw her body into the bayou.”

In a press conference on Monday, the young girl’s mother, Jocelyn Nungaray, spoke out, describing the horrific loss of her daughter. “I still see her face in the back of my head every day, all day,” she said. “Keep getting little signs about her throughout the days, and it’s just been a very, very hard time for me and my family.

“She definitely made people laugh,” she added. “I’m always gonna remember those memories. She had such a bright future ahead of her, and I knew she was going to go very far. And, you know, these monsters took that opportunity from her, from our family of watching her.”

Unfortunately, these stories have become all too familiar in Joe Biden’s America.

After two young women were murdered in Maryland by illegal immigrants on two separate occasions, Tammy Nobles, whose daughter was raped and strangled to death by an MS-13 member who entered the United States illegally, blasted the federal government for not “doing anything to prevent this.”

“[Biden] is the one that is welcoming the illegal immigrants here,” she said. “Government agencies, federal and local, need to take responsibility and put American citizens first and not last. Our safety is not being put first.”

In New York City, a 25-year-old illegal alien was charged with predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, obstructing governmental administration, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after reportedly raping a 13-year-old girl.

“The open border policy, I have never agreed with, because that just invites a lot of things that we don’t need,” the girl’s father said in an anonymous interview. “And look what came in. Look what happened to my daughter.”

“The healing process has yet to begin,” the dad continued. “My mind is really swirling with all of the anger I have right now.”

Additionally, while this analysis focuses on crimes committed by migrant offenders once they enter the country, many similar crimes are happening at the border. Last April, when Convention of States hosted the “How Many More?” rally at the Texas Capitol, demanding that Texas leaders take action to end the border crisis, we uncovered several shocking statistics, including that at least 30% of women are raped by cartels as they enter the country as “their price for being smuggled across [the] U.S. border, while 60% of unaccompanied alien children are caught by cartels and exploited through child pornography and drug trafficking.”

We also reported that, at the time, one American died from fentanyl every seven minutes. According to U.S. Senator Bob Casey, U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized a staggering 1.1 billion doses of fentanyl in 2023 alone.

The American people must ask themselves: is this really what a “charitable”/“humanitarian” immigration policy looks like? Of course not. America is being ravaged by a brutal and entirely avoidable crime wave that the federal government refuses to address.

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
