Why are we living this massive, unprecedented, and historic “invasion” of America across our southern border?
It didn’t start when President Biden took office.
But consequent to reversing President Trump’s border policies immediately in 2021 then committing his administration to “safe, orderly, and humane migration around the world, including to the United States” in December 2021, President Biden opened the flood gates.
Then, the Biden administration more than doubled funding to the UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM) to nearly 1.3 billion taxpayer dollars in 2023, converting illegal immigration into an unprecedented and historic migrant invasion.
As result, from 2022 to 2023 US Border Patrol encounters with illegal immigrants rose from 2.7 million to 3.2 million as reported by US Customs and Border Protection.
What is the motive for this self-induced crisis?

Thoughtful concerned American citizens are witnessing … the red carpet welcoming of millions, if not tens of millions, of unvetted, unvaccinated illegals. …Who they are is not as important, however, as what they are doing. And what they are doing isn't as disturbing as what they've already accomplished.
The most obvious fear is that these people…will vote illegally in American state and federal elections. Free cell phones, housing, education, health insurance, driver's licenses and loaded tax-subsidized bank cards most surely incentivizes millions of illegal Democrat votes.
This, believe it or not, is the lesser of the evils …
The real problem is the damage done to the United States House of Representatives and the Presidential Electoral College. When the MILLIONS of illegals swarming through our defenseless unbordered nation are counted in the Federal Census, the number of Representatives in Congress is adjusted accordingly in each state. When California and other border states are bloated with illegals, they get more Democrat-leaning voters. These "voters" are illegal, of course, but in the absence of Voter ID laws, who can discount their crooked votes? ...
The Electoral College chooses the President of the United States. Its numbers are, of course, based on the numbers of Representatives in the House (the two votes in each state based on the Senators never vary, naturally). So, the hordes of border invaders don't even have to vote really.
… just the bloated number of Electoral College Electors is enough to tip the balance in a presidential election.
Their scheme is foolproof.
And they're never going to stop it until America is gone.
Forever.”
How can We the People correct such wrongheaded use of taxpayer dollars and executive maleficence, which threatens to enshrine authoritarian single-party rule of this “foolproof” scheme?
By building the strongest grassroots army in American history, second only in commitment to citizen militias of the Revolutionary War.
Only that historic grassroots army can compel Congress to call for a Convention of States then later ratify amendments proposed by an Article V Convention according to the vision of our founders for exactly this time in our history.
- A balanced budget / spending restraint amendment that compels Congress to prioritize allocation of taxpayer dollars.
- Only through structural reform can we solve our nations fiscal situation, a national debt now hemorrhaging at $34.4 trillion.
- A term limit amendment for Congress, whose modus operandi is “kicking the can down the road” coupled with term constraints on department heads of executive agencies that are typically unresponsive to voters.
- 87% of Americans support term limits yet Congress will never limit itself, precluding citizens whose lives are affected by government inaction or malevolence to legislate responsibly.
- Restraint of the scope and reach of an activist Supreme Court to its Constitutionally mandated role thus restoring co-equal separation of powers to the Founder’s original intent.
- This will revert legislative responsibility to the Legislative Branch as understood by our founders focusing on the original intent of the “commerce clause” and “welfare clause” to restrain Executive Branch overreach.
Well before 2030, when the next decennial census will reapportion congressional representation, COS patriots must build that amazing grassroots army envisioned by our leadership to prevent America from degrading into single party rule.
West Virginia passed the COS resolution, March 4, 2022, becoming State #18 of the 34 needed to call the Convention of States. Now we must become increasingly active at all levels of state, county, and city governments assuring that COS priorities are top of mind among our state representatives and that their legislative actions reflect commitments to COS.
Government should serve we the People and we shall demand it!
