Maryland's State Information Administrator was featured on the Convention of States National Rumble channel with his testimony to the Maryland Senate in support of the COS Action bill.

Bob has been with Convention of States since 2013. He's a member of the Maryland leadership team as the "tech guy" helping to set up AV at meetings and on boarding new volunteers with COS tech platforms. He's an unofficial events coordinator. He's always on a Zoom meeting (often wearing his bucket hat) with his cat front and center.
