1/31/25 - COS proponents deliver masterful testimony in the Granite State

The New Hampshire House State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee heard nearly two hours of public testimony on House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 3, calling for an Article V convention, on Friday. Prime Sponsor Representative JD Bernardy and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum led a red-hot team of COS activists in support of the bill.

1/29/25 - Iowa subcommittee passes COS resolution

An Iowa subcommittee voted on Wednesday to pass Senate Joint Resolution (SJR) 2, calling for an Article V convention. The application will now advance to the full Senate State Government Committee for further review.

Iowa State Director Karen Schuster joined a team of supporters representing over 56,000 Iowans who have signed the COS petition. They pushed for using Article V as the Founding Fathers' constitutional safeguard against federal tyranny.

1/29/25 - Iowa Senate subcommittee to hear public testimony

An Iowa Senate State Government subcommittee is scheduled to hear public testimony regarding the COS resolution -- Senate Joint Resolution 2 -- at 2:45 p.m. CT.

1/28/25 - Wyoming Senate passes COS resolution!

The Wyoming Senate passed the COS resolution, Senate Joint Resolution (SJR) 1, on Tuesday, voting 22-7 in favor of the call for an Article V convention on the bill’s third reading. This victory follows last week’s successful vote in the Wyoming Senate Judiciary Committee.

The resolution will now advance to the House for final passage.
