In the fall of 2021, the all volunteer team launched the Back to Basics campaign to help Old Liners understand the basics of Maryland civics and participation in state government. This effort was the culmination of a very successful year for Convention of States Action Maryland and sent us into the 2022 legislative session with flying colors.
