This week, a vote will take place in Treasure Valley that can help further America's path to a Golden Age.
On March 12, the Idaho House of Representatives is scheduled to debate and vote upon House Concurrent Resolution 10 -- the COS resolution calling for a limited-purpose Article V convention to reduced the size and scope of the federal government.
The House is scheduled to convene at 12:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. MT, and coverage on COS LIVE will begin shortly thereafter.
H.C.R. 10, sponsored by Rep. Jordan Redman, was passed favorably out of the Idaho House Committee on Judiciary, Rules, and Administration on February 17. The committee heard testimony from several grassroots volunteers in addition to Convention of States Action senior advisor and former U.S. senator Rick Santorum.
That testimony had been preceded by a successful and well-attended Surge Day in Boise on January 29 that garnered support for the resolution and 34|Ready legislation (House Concurrent Resolution 9) which the Committee on Judiciary, Rules, and Administration also approved.
Tune in to COS LIVE to watch the debate and see if the Idaho House votes to take a decisive step toward becoming the 20th state to call for an Article V convention.
