HUGE New Endorsement: Kirk Cameron Goes All-In for Convention of States

The Convention of States Project has enjoyed endorsements from many of the biggest names in politics, including Ben Shapiro, Governor Ron DeSantis and Rick Green, to name a few. Now, a new endorser has thrown his support behind the movement and he doesn’t come from the political scene, but from Hollywood.

Kirk Cameron is most well-known for his performance in Growing Pains, a hit sit-com from the 1980s. The actor has since focused on faith-based films and documentaries, becoming a powerful voice for Christianity in today’s culture. 

He, alongside COS President Mark Meckler, has also participated in Patriot Academy’s Biblical Citizenship in Modern America course.

Here’s what Cameron had to say about COS:

“After spending the time to look into the Convention of States project, I have become an ardent supporter. For those who worry about the idea of a 'runaway convention,' I implore you to put away your fear, do your research, and join me in this movement to return the nation to our biblical and constitutional roots. Now is the time for courage!”

Mark Meckler expressed his appreciation for Cameron’s leadership and support of COS:

“Kirk is one of the most important culture warriors in America today. From his roots in Hollywood, to his current prominence as a teacher of Biblical worldview, Kirk has a unique perspective that he enthusiastically shares. He’s a brave voice in the war to reclaim the country for all that is right and good. We’re honored to have his support.”
