COSA PA is counting down to 100,000 petitions signed in the Keystone State!

COSA PA is lucky to have impassioned citizens residing in this Commonwealth!

Freedom is our birthright, and that virtuous spirit has been handed down from one generation to the next since the royal deed was granted by King Charles II to William Penn in 1681 and officially established in 1682 when Penn inaugurated the colony as a haven for fellow Quakers.

The colony was not named for William Penn; he dedicated the colony to his father, Admiral William Penn, and thought the Latin word "Sylvania" (meaning woodlands) suited his newly launched venture - hence, Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania's history is rife with examples of citizens engaging their legislators to hold them accountable.

Today is no exception, folks here are eager to speak to their legislators in hopes of influencing the legislators in Harrisburg's decisions about using the tool left them by the framers to call an Article V convention to propose amendments to our Constitution that would allow today's statesmen to discuss the proper role of government in the 21st Century and beyond.

We have nearly 100,000 examples, with more joining our grassroots team every day.

Last week our message reached another 203 patriots who declared, “I am a Keeper…” by signing the petition to ask their state representatives to add Pennsylvania to the growing list of states calling for a Convention of States under Article V of the Constitution to restrain this out-of-control federal government and return the usurped power concentrated in D.C back to the states and "We the People” where it rightly belongs.

Presently we have 95,611 Keepers who have signed petitions.

COSA PA is ecstatic to tell you about another self-governing servant leader that is helping to organize the effort in her district to grow the team by spreading our positive unifying message and teaching them how to build relationships with their legislators.

Please meet HD 110's DC Bobette Friend, who in March of 2021, signed the petition, volunteered her skills, and became the 69,849th petition signer.

In Bobette's own words:

Like many, I was disturbed by the election in 2020.  In PA the legislators and governor had unconstitutionally changed the election rules.

I have followed David Barton for years and through him learned about Rick Green's Constitution Alive and Biblical Citizenship.

When I heard about the duty of a citizen and heard Mark Meckler speak about COSA, I signed the petition and decided to volunteer.

Matt Zale called me, and I became a volunteer for COSA.

I continue to teach the written Constitution and those classes are where I usually recruit volunteers.  As we speak, we are in the middle of course number 7; with many more to follow.

HD 110 now has 14 active grassroots activists all working together to make a difference, and we have no intention of stopping - ever!

We have planned an outreach in May, block-walking for June, a table at Doug Mcklinko's Rally at the Rock in July, Riverfest in August, and another Constitution Class in September.

Along with persistently building relationships with legislators.

Thank you, Bobette, your service is impactful, and COSA PA needs plenty more just like you!
