Bill is the type of person that doesn't seek the glory. It's about we, not him.
Always there as support for the team, he attends each and every state activity we have and can be counted on to show up at capitol events.
As a State Information Analyst (SIA) for CA, Bill holds a regular training call Mondays. Most recently, he agreed to open this call up to each state in our region.
Bill has also stepped outside of his role as an SIA and takes on some of the responsibilities of the District Captain when he can. Hosting booths at the Farmers Market in Monterey, right in the heart of some of the more difficult grassroots to see Article V as the answer. He can also be found at a booth in Mountain View, at the Liberty Forum, where he picked up the torch when the leader that was running it left the team.
Always there to give honest advice, Bill point things out quietly and on the side, if I might have overlooked a point of view or need refocusing.
Bill is the dedicated, loyal patriot that is always there and never seeks any glory. He does it for the mission and love of country.
Being one more suited to staying behind the scenes, he has undertaken activities that are outside of his comfort zone, because he knew that by doing so it would serve the team better. Remaining humble and trusting in the team, Bill personifies all that a servant leader should be.
It is my privilege to work with patriots like Bill every day and my honor to present to him the Challenge Coin for continuously doing what needs to be done without recognition, stepping outside his comfort zone, and being a rock of steadfastness for the team.
