Montana State Senator Barry Usher spent time with Convention of States supporters in Roundup, Montana, earlier this week, presenting the team with a unique opportunity to raise awareness about COS.
Montana has not passed the Convention of States Resolution yet.
Usher wrote on social media on Wednesday that he spent the previous afternoon “attending a meeting with Roundup Citizens concerned about the US Federal Government being out of bounds and out of control. They would like a Convention of States.”

“Thank you for your willingness to hear from your constituents about Convention of States,” one user responded. “It is the solution to the federal government's overreach into the states.”
“A Convention of States is a great idea,” another agreed. “It is actually the only idea that will make any lasting conservative changes in Washington.”
