iPhone Users:
If you are using an iPhone, you may have been automatically logged out due to a recent update. You will see the screen below. Simply press "OK," then log into the app again using your log-in credentials for Citizen Builder. (In some cases, people reported the need to uninstall and reinstall the app, or change their password. Try these three options before filling out the Help Desk ticket)
Android Users
- If you are an Android user, you may encounter an error message that says, "The server is temporarily unavailable." Again, this is due to a recent update of the app. You simply need to log out and log back in. Please follow the images below to log yourself out of the app. (In some cases, people reported the need to uninstall and reinstall the app, or change their password. Try these three options before filling out the Help Desk ticket)
- If you are an Android user with a new phone, you may get the error message that the app was created for an older version. This message is the result of a recent change by Google. It will continue as an issue until a new version of the COSAction app is published. In the meantime, you can download the app as an APK from this site: https://conventionofstates.com/files/cosaction-app-android-installer.
