The Help Desk now requires signing in in order to view its Knowledgebase collection of FAQs and to create/view tickets. This means that a user account must be created and then registered. (A user account in the Help Desk is different than a user account in the COS website, and it may, or may not, use the same password.)
- Go to the Help Desk website (click here)
- Create a Help Desk user account (one time only):
- Click the "Sign In" link in the top and right of the page.
- Click the "Create an Account" link to the right of the text: "Not registered?"
- Fill in the required information. Then click the "Register" button.
- Log in to the Help Desk system (click here).
- Click the "Sign In" link in the top and right of the page.
- Do one of the two following sign in options: 1) Click the blue "Sign in with COS" button, or 2) fill in your email address (or username) and password you used to create the Help Desk account.
- Click the "Sign In" link in the top and right of the page.
At this point, you should be able to look at the Knowledgebase collection of FAQs and/or create new tickets or view your older tickets.
