Have you even heard of ERIC?

Published in Spread the Word on August 16, 2023 by Dolly Anderson

Do you know what ERIC is?  Do you know its functions for voting? Do you know who is using the information ERIC shares?

I certainly did not!  My concern is the socialization philosophy that seems to be permeating every aspect of my country.  The tools of media and the digital age have been used to infiltrate our society by creating huge data collections that share information.  The information network connects companies, organizations, and individuals to sell items for profit.

Personal information is just that, not for sharing unless you as an individual deem it to be so.  For greater decision-making power, become knowledgeable about ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center).

Conservative, voting Americans need to be aware of ERIC and CEIR (Center for Election Innovation and Research) as they are formulated and connected to a project of Pew Charitable Trusts. ERIC as of February 2023, had 23 states, along with the District of Columbia, participating in voter registration rolls.

However, the following states have severed ties with ERIC: Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Missouri, Iowa, West Virginia, Ohio, and Virginia.

ERIC uses DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) data or information that the states provide to identify ineligible or inactive voters.  The states that chose not to participate with ERIC expressed a variety of concerns for their citizens because of stewardship, privacy, confidentiality, and the sharing of data outside ERIC to name a few.

There have been many problems and errors concerning ERIC due to the disclosure of personal data collected and shared without obtaining a court order compelling it to do so.  The Help America Vote Act (52U.S.C. 21083) has no provision in the statute that authorizes any state to outsource these obligations to a third-party entity.

The Thomas Moore Society sued Pennsylvania, in 2022, along with Wisconsin and Minnesota for violating the Help America Vote Act. Many infractions of liberty and freedom have been committed.

We must protect our unalienable rights by enacting constitutional laws and amendments as necessary through Article V along with having a Convention of States.  The Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) may be effective at identifying invalid voter registrations, however, some of its other operations are more untrustworthy. PEW Charitable Trusts began with funding from liberal George Soros’ Open Society Foundations network.

It is the sharing of our personal information and other data, without our approval, that has violated the aforementioned Acts above.  As Americans we must be vigilant concerning our personal information or data, it is not for everybody’s perusal.

A Convention of States under Article V of our forefather’s Constitution is the only peaceful way to take back control of a government that believes they have the right to manipulate, use and control everything including our freedoms!  March on COS! March on!
