Then the real work begins.
Thirty-eight states are necessary to ratify any proposed constitutional amendments, and the same grassroots army that worked to call a Convention must be ready to make sure those amendments are ratified.
It's a massive undertaking, but radio host Steve Deace likes our odds.
"If you have the commitment to make a Convention of States happen, that shows me you have the committed remnant to fulfill it once you pull it off," he said.
