The federal government won't track undocumented immigrants illegally crossing the southern border, but it is tracking the vaccination status of Americans through a code system.
A surveillance program designed by the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) was implemented in April 2022. In January 2023, the codes became available to nearly every medical establishment in the United States.
Under the system, doctors have been instructed to ask patients about their vaccination status, Dr. Robert Malone uncovered. A patient's response is then added to their electronic medical records in the form of a code.
Under the Privacy Act of 1974, this information would typically not be shared. But because we are still in a public health emergency status, this information could be shared with bodies such as the government, health agencies, schools, and airlines.

As documentation shows, the code Z28.310 signifies someone who has not received a COVID vaccine and Z28.311 identifies those who are not up to date on their shots.
“Code Number Z28.310 listed above is not a code for an illness or diagnosis, but rather for noncompliance of a medical procedure. This is an invasion of our right to privacy," explained Dr. Robert Malone. "Once a person’s vaccination status is coded and uploaded into [a] large data base, it can be accessed by government and private health insurers alike."
The federal government has maximized its control over the people all because the Covid-19 emergency is still in place three years after the virus emerged.
With all the darkness comes an even greater responsibility to be the light. Convention of States is the light to a dark, crooked government that operates far from what was ever intended.
