I titled this article “Shocking revelations about public education.” I know what you’re probably thinking. Is there really anything shocking left to say about public education in America? The answer, sadly, is yes. I’m afraid so.
The following viral video is from a mother in Ohio who received a permission slip for her fifth-grader to attend a “health” class at school. Like any good mother would, she looked into the course before signing her daughter up. What she discovered was nauseating. Take a look.

I hope you’re disgusted and apoplectic. I hope you’re heartbroken, bewildered, and scared — heartbroken for the innocent children who will be exposed to this filth, bewildered that anyone anywhere ever could actually be so deranged as to teach this sort of thing, and scared for the future of the country that allows it.
Above all, I hope you’re resolved — resolved that public schools are dangerous institutions where predators can openly prey on kids’ minds.
Once again, I know what you’re likely thinking. Public education isn’t universally bad. Not all schools are like that. I live in a good area! That would NEVER happen at my school!
Fine. Maybe you’re right. But is it worth the risk? Are you willing to play Russian roulette with your child?
The poor mother in the video lives in “a fairly conservative area.” It did not matter. Sexual curriculum, handed down from on high by the mighty Department of Education, can find your child anywhere. You must be watchful whether you live in California or Florida. The radicals will not hesitate to indoctrinate your children right under your nose.
For example, recent reports indicate an increase in DEI education programs at schools on military bases. This means that when brave men and women sign up to protect our country, they now have to worry about their kids being exposed to radical sexual brainwashing.
One textbook featured in the Department of Defense Education Activity’s “woke” curriculum teaches middle school students about the various “aspects of sexuality:” biological sex, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, and sexual experiences and thoughts.
“Working with a partner, choose one topic related to sexuality that was discussed in this lesson,” the textbook states. “Your goal will be to educate others about your chosen topic and promote acceptance.”
Once again, I ask, Are you willing to play Russian roulette with your child? Today’s classroom is more than just “woke”; it’s immoral. We cannot afford to send the next generation blindly into the den of wolves. Parents, you must be the ones to lead the charge, to stand in the gap. Your children depend on you. This is part of what it means to save their America.
The federal government is not on your side. The Department of Education is not on your side. Indeed, the current Education Secretary, Miguel Cardona, defended sexually explicit books in school libraries!
America stands at a crossroads. Parents must choose between two antithetical visions for the country: one in which children have free and open access to obscene content in their schools and one in which they are protected, nurtured, and taught, as Plato said, to love what is beautiful. It shouldn’t be a hard decision.
Unfortunately, the ruling class is actively fighting against the second vision. But with an Article V convention, we can bring the power back to parents, protect our children, and save their America.
