The primary mission of Convention of States Action (COSA) is to build and maintain an army of self-governing grassroots activists like you.
Your dedication, determination, and commitment has led to 19 state legislatures passing a COS resolution calling for an Article V convention to propose amendments to the Constitution that will limit the power and scope of the federal government.
Everyone associated with COSA wants to do everything possible to support and serve you to the best of our ability in that effort.
To that end, we have created an online grassroots home that will give you all of the tools necessary to strengthen and advance the goal of calling an Article V convention.
The COS Grassroots Resources Home Page is a dynamic, user-friendly resource for information, training and education, and community engagement.
It contains links to volunteer manuals for every state team role including videographer, district captain, and legislative liaison.
It also features printable Article V petitions in English and Spanish; pages devoted to blockwalking and strategies for continued action in states that have passed the COS resolution; vital facts and figures that counter misinformation about Article V, and much more.
The site provides everything that state team leaders need to navigate Citizen Builder, the leadership management tool (LMT), and the highly effective Telepatriot program, in addition to tutorials for utilizing apps for COSA and COS GOTV.
There is also an Events section that enables the grassroots to have everything necessary to organize and promote the vital outreach that will grow the grassroots and spread the word about an Article V convention and the importance of self-governance.
The site features an amazing collection of Communications resources, including social media outlets and strategies, links to COS productions such as podcasts and the blog, and videos and recordings of trainings, calls with state leaders, and videos featuring commentary from Article V experts such as Michael Farris and Rob Natelson.
All of this is merely a fraction of what the Grassroots Resources page contains -- comprehensive would be an understatement.
Grassroots leaders and volunteers will also be able to request changes and suggestions for the site by visiting this link.
We hope that you agree that the COS Grassroots Resources Home Page will be an invaluable tool as you actively participate in and grow the most consequential contemporary grassroots movement in the United States.
Thank you for all that you do for liberty and self-governance.
