What's happening in Afghanistan should be laid directly at the feet of the federal government, and more directly at the feet of the White House.
As Convention of States Action President Mark Meckler argued in his latest Battlecry, the actions of President Joe Biden and his administration are evil. They've resulted in babies being caught in razor wire, women being subjected to sex slavery, men gunned down in the streets, and thousands of Americans stranded at the mercy of the Taliban.
We must fight the evil in the federal government with everything we have, and our most powerful tool is an Article V Convention of States.
A Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to propose constitutional amendments that forever limit Washington's power. These amendments can also keep Biden from spending our country into the ground and kick career politicians out of office.
We must tell the truth about what the federal government has done in Afghanistan, even if it's difficult to face. Then, we must work to hold accountable those responsible, and we can do that with a Convention of States.
