We always knew Rep. Nancy Pelosi was withholding COVID aid for political gain, but now that the election is almost over, she's bold enough to admit it.
But Convention of States Action President Mark Meckler isn't about to let her get away with her blatant disregard for hardworking Americans. He called out the Speaker on a recent episode of his weekly Battlecry, and he didn't hold anything back.
"In other words, she wouldn't approve aid to people who are suffering because of government shutdowns," Mark said. "She's been holding up aid to torture you. To make sure your business goes out of business while child abuse, drug abuse skyrocket."
"She does not give a damn about the American people. That's evil... She played politics with your lives."
The truth is, few politicians in D.C. really care about us. And yet, year after year, we give them more power by doing nothing to effectively shrink the size, scope, and jurisdiction of the federal government.

An Article V Convention of States has the power to propose constitutional amendments that limit Washington's power, force them to be fiscally responsible, and mandate term limits for federal officials. This complete package of amendments can do what no election can -- strip politicians like Pelosi of her power and return that power to the people and the states.
