"The Constitution has been amended over and over again through the back door. Through court decisions, through legislation, through regulation. It's being shredded," Mark explained. "The left controls what the Constitution says, and they've been changing it."
Mark debunked common objections to the Article V process, and then he called on all Americans to join the cause.
"It's very important. Every front, we have to confront," he concluded.
