- 10:15 - If want to witness House debate - Arrive in north visitors entrance
- 10:30 - 3rd floor, outside House Chambers, gather in lobby and welcome the Representatives as they file into the chamber
- 11:00 - Noon - Expecting floor debate in the House on HCR 5008
- Noon - Rally outside on the South Steps of the Capitol Building - Exit on 2nd floor - South and you will be directly on the steps!
- 1:45 - If want to witness Senate debate - Arrive at north visitors entrance
- 2:00 - 3rd floor, outside Senate Chambers, gather in lobby and welcome the Senators as they file into the chamber
- 2:30 - 3:30 - Expecting floor debate in Senate on SCR 1607
