The Convention of States resolution, SCR1604, passed through the Senate Federal & State Affairs Committee on Thursday and will soon be on the Senate floor for a day of debate and amendments, followed by a second day for final action. This resolution will require at least 27 votes to pass on final action in the Senate.
Lately, our Kansas legislators have been bombarded with misinformation from opponents around the country. So, take a minute to let your Senator hear from you, a level-headed Kansas constituent, with the facts and history to counter the misinformation.
