President Donald Trump was constantly criticized for using his (now suspended) Twitter account as a bully pulpit for pushing his policy agenda and waging personal battles against his political opponents. The President of the United States, these critics said, should be more careful about how he uses his international microphone.
If that's true, then those same critics should be shocked and horrified at President Joe Biden's latest tweet. He used his personal Twitter account to announce a new "rule" that wasn't approved by the people's representatives in Congress or subjected to the regulation review process required by law.
After a year of hard work and so much sacrifice, the rule is now simple: get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do.

"After a year of hard work and so much sacrifice, the rule is now simple: get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do," Biden posted on May 13.
The American people want to know: who died and made Joe Biden king? Our Founders fought a bloody war to protect the principle that only the people's representatives can make law. They enshrined that principle in the Constitution, and our first president, George Washington, was so concerned about looking like a king that he imposed term limits on himself.
Joe Biden has no such qualms. He just announced a new rule on Twitter without any oversight or review process. He's not scared of being considered a king. Apparently, he welcomes it.
It's time for the American people to stand up to big-government elitism. It's time to stand up to unilateral executive orders, unconstitutional regulations, and edicts announced on Twitter. Our members of Congress don't possess the courage to do the work, which is why We the People must take control with an Article V Convention of States.
A Convention of States derives its power from the Constitution and allows the states to call a Convention for the purpose of proposing amendments. These amendments can give our federal officials the ultimate wake-up call by limiting federal power and spending, and mandating term limits for federal officials.
With these amendments in place, no one will wonder who controls our country. The people and the states will be in the driver's seat, and the federal government will take its rightful place as the small, limited government entity it was designed to be.
