General Michael Hayden is a retired United States Air Force four-star general and former Director of the National Security Agency, Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
With such an impressive resume, you might expect him to have serious good judgment and a hesitancy to say things that alienate millions of Americans.
But if you expected that, you'd be wrong.
The Deep State official has gone off the deep end in recent days, posting a series of ludicrous tweets comparing Trump supporters to the Taliban, wishing to send unvaccinated Trump supporters to Afghanistan, and predicting the death of unvaccinated Americans.
Here's quick snapshot of his recent Twitter feed:
These are the people in charge of our federal government. These are the people making decisions that will affect our children and grandchildren. Hayden led the Air Force, the CIA, and the NSA. And yet, he lacks even a basic sense of right and wrong, and obviously has terrible judgment.
If this doesn't convince you that we need to reduce federal power, nothing will. We are not led by serious people.
It would be great to elect and appoint competent leaders, but we shouldn't hold our breath. Instead, we should be working to reduce the power and jurisdiction of our federal officials, so even if they make terrible decisions, they hurt as few Americans as possible.
That's why millions of patriots have joined the Convention of States movement. An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to propose constitutional amendments. These amendments can limit the power, scope, and jurisdiction of the federal government and reduce the amount of power and influence of men like Hayden.
Fifteen states have called for a Convention. Nineteen more need to get on board, and you can help make that happen by signing the petition below!
