The federal government, under President Joe Biden, is trying to mandate that millions of Americans take the COVID-19 vaccine. Under President Trump, the feds sent billions of taxpayer dollars to pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, and Americans are unable to sue these companies for liability.
In other words, the American people helped pay for Pfizer's vaccine, and they'll have no recourse if the vaccine turns out to be dangerous or ineffective months and years down the road.
And yet, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to release the data they used to give the vaccine full approval.
In a shocking new report from the Epoch Times, the FDA is claiming they need 75 years to process a Freedom of Information Act request from a group seeking all the underlying data the agency used to make its decision.
The FDA claims they need that much time to redact the tens of thousands of pages being requested. However, they only needed 108 days to review this data before granting emergency use authorization to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
Officials at the FDA know they can stall for as long as they want, and it won't affect their funding. Congress will never vote to cut spending even in the face of gross mismanagement and incompetence.
We the People have a right to know how bureaucracies like the FDA make their decisions, especially when it relates to something as important as COVID and vaccine mandates.
That's why millions have joined the Convention of States Project to slash the budgets of bureaucracies that fail to adhere to the will of the American people.
An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to propose constitutional amendments that limit the power, scope, and jurisdiction of the federal government -- including agencies like the FDA.
These amendments can also force Congress to be fiscally responsible, cut the budgets of the Deep State, and get our nation's finances back on track.
