Happy Monday, COS patriots! It’s an exciting week for Article V enthusiasts as Convention of States Foundation eagerly awaits its Simulated Convention later this week. 1. WATCH: Bizarre Mitch McConnell freeze-up proves we need COS

The octogenarian senator from Kentucky, Mitch McConnell, left reporters baffled on Wednesday when he froze mid-sentence during a press conference, staring off into space before being awkwardly escorted away from the podium.

2. Are gov't employees hard at work or hardly working? Data suggests the latter

A new report from the Government Accountability Office indicates that most employees in 24 different federal agencies don't show up to their offices for work.

While the scope of remote work is uncertain, the real kicker is that government agencies maintain their empty federal buildings while using a minimal amount of space, costing taxpayers billions.

3. Biden’s DOJ removes sex trafficking info from website, ‘Sound of Freedom’ breaks new records

“Sound of Freedom,” an anti-child sex trafficking film, continues to soar at the box office, despite heinous media attempts to take it down. 

Shockingly, even as the media works double time to smear “Freedom,” reports surfaced that the Biden administration’s Department of Justice quietly removed information about sex trafficking from its website earlier this year.

4. The countdown is on! A dive into this week’s Simulated Article V Convention

The countdown is on!

The Simulated Article V Convention hosted by Convention of States Foundation begins in just two days. Commissioners from 49 states will unite in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia to participate in the simulation, ultimately a peaceful discussion among state delegations.
