Volunteers from the COSA PA team of self-governing citizen activists had a rare opportunity to spread our positive unifying message this weekend.
A rising kingmaker in the GOP, Moms for Liberty’s joyous warriors gathered at the Marriott in downtown Philadelphia to hold their sold-out National Summit between June 29 - July 2, 2023. Moms for Liberty is relatively new in the political arena but is gaining strength in numbers as well as political clout.
Moms for Liberty is a freedom-loving group of parents fed up with the indoctrination and abhorrent culture war ideologies their children are being exposed to in the government-run education system. Their mission: “is dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.”
Moms for Liberty has become so popular during its rapid rise in influence that the four leading Republican candidates for the party’s 2024 Presidential nomination are attending this event to address the gathering; this fact alone demonstrates how important the parents of school-age children, particularly suburban women, an important voting bloc, are to their campaigns.
The COSA PA volunteers are always excited to meet with like-minded patriots looking for a solution to stem the growth of government, but this weekend they have found they are “preaching to the choir.”
DC Garrett Ringler, overseeing the display and the VAs this weekend said - “I was surprised by how many people here are aware of COS or knew friends who are active in COS.”
Rest assured, COSA PA’s team will continue to be where people gather to spread the message - There is a Solution as Big as the Problem - one person at a time until the next generation comes of age and ready to do their duty to ensure this country never forgets - Defending Freedom is Everyone’s Responsibility.
