Constitutional Defense

Patriot Academy and Convention of States have become  closely connected in recent years.

In cooperating to offer Constitutional Defense courses, their motivations and goals have grown so tight as to inspire the construction of a new campus in Fredericksburg, TX.

April 19th through the 21st served as an invitational first class, with Saturday, April 22nd as a groundbreaking ceremony for the new campus.

COS and Patriot Academy have already begun the building and christened the campus with the three-day invitational Constitutional Defense course. My wife Judi and I had the pleasure and honor of attending this incredible event.

Patriot Academy is truly a wonderful organization, with committed constitutional activists and Bible believers. The mood of the organization and its shooting skills course is encouraging, polite, and helpful, providing excellent personal and individual instruction throughout the course on firearm safety and proficiency.

The inaugural course was scheduled to begin on the 248th anniversary of the "shot heard around the World," and doubled as a summary lesson in gun safety and defense techniques. It was an abbreviated, three-day version of the five-day Constitutional Defense Course which was to start April 23rd, 2023.

Instruction is provided by highly capable instructors with superlative shooting skills as well as patient and pleasant teaching techniques, with a perfect blend of challenge and compassion.

Judi and I found the course very instructive as well as being laced with humor and personal attention. 

I have been shooting for nearly sixty years and have never witnessed or experienced a more thoughtful representation of patriots who "cling to their God and guns" and are active in the conservation and restoration of America

This group cares about our nation's future and the future of its children, working to teach the spiritual motives of its founders, convictions of modern patriots, and methods and opportunities for civic engagement.
